Returns and Refunds

On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only.

In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us at henderson.uk@entrematic.com or call 0191 3777328 and advise our customer services team you wish to return your goods. We will arrange for collection from your delivery address within one week of authorisation from our customer service team.

Where orders are completed in good faith, we reserves the right to issue a handling charge of up to and including 50% of the invoice value of the goods. If we reach agreement that the product (which must be in re-saleable condition) can be returned, we will make arrangements to have the product collected at a mutually agreeable time. Made to measure doors are non-returnable.

Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
